4/1/2024 0 Comments Tone king metropolitan 2x12Other than that, I guess that I have to admit that I'm a pretty conservative blues fan (three kings, T Bone, Muddy Waters, etc.), but also a great fan of classic southern rock. My all-time favorite guitar player is SRV, and he has influenced my attitude and my taste a lot when it comes to tone. I use the Metro mostly for clean sounds and the Falcon for really old school blues stuff (Hubert Sumlin, etc.) I absolutely love both and don't want to sell any of them. I own two amps: a Tone King Metropolitan 2x12 and a Tone King Falcon. I don't use effects, the only ones that are almost always at my feet when I play are the Analogman KoT (low gain) and my Mccon-o-wah pedal. Both are tuned down to Eb, and I play them with heavy strings (11-58 or 12-60). I own a CS 61 Heavy Relic Strat and a CS Nocaster. I don't really have the possibility to try the MAZ, because I would have to travel a lot for that and have no car. Z MAZ 18, but I'm not really sure whether it's the right amp for me or not. GAS has got a hold on me after I watched some demos of the Dr. I'm relatively new to TGP, and I would like to ask you my first question.
